1. Definitions and interpretation

“Account” means the personal player profile registered with kissapk. “Player”, “you” and “your” mean the individual using the platform. “Services” means the website, account tools, sports betting markets, casino games, promotions, payment facilities and support functions provided by kissapk. “Bonus Funds” means promotional credit subject to wagering or other restrictions. “Real Funds” means cleared cash deposited by or paid to the verified player.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit a clause. Words in the singular include the plural where appropriate. The words “including” and “for example” do not create an exhaustive list. If game-specific rules differ from these general terms, the game-specific rule applies only to that product and only to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. Account eligibility

To register with kissapk, you must be at least 21 years old, possess legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use the Services only where permitted by applicable law. You must not be self-excluded, acting for another person, employed by a relevant game supplier in a conflicting role or otherwise prohibited from gambling.

You must provide accurate details, including your legal name, date of birth, residential information, mobile number and any verification records reasonably requested. A player may maintain one account only. Accounts created with altered spellings, duplicate contact details or another person's identity may be restricted or closed.

kissapk may request identity, address, payment ownership or source-of-funds evidence before accepting deposits, permitting play or releasing withdrawals. Verification may take longer where documents are unclear, details do not match, or additional anti-fraud review is required. Failure to cooperate may result in limits, suspension or closure.

3. Registration, access and account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, verification codes and registered device. Credentials must not be shared, sold or transferred. Activity completed through a correctly authenticated account may be treated as authorised unless kissapk receives timely notice of suspected compromise.

You must inform support promptly if you notice unknown wagers, an unfamiliar login, an unexpected payment or any loss of access. kissapk may temporarily restrict the account while investigating. You must not knowingly allow a minor or any third party to use your account, even where no money changes hands.

Account balances do not constitute a bank deposit and do not earn interest. You should maintain only the amount reasonably required for entertainment. kissapk may introduce security measures such as two-factor authentication, device checks and additional confirmation for sensitive transactions.

4. Deposits, balances and withdrawals

Available payment options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and supported cryptocurrencies. Availability, minimum amounts and processing times can vary. Payment methods should be registered in the same name as the verified kissapk account holder unless expressly approved.

Deposits are accepted for genuine betting and gaming activity, not as a money-transfer service. kissapk may require deposited funds to be wagered at least once at reasonable odds before withdrawal where necessary to prevent payment abuse or money laundering. Charges imposed by a bank, wallet provider or blockchain network are outside kissapk's control.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed for account verification, payment ownership, bonus completion, irregular activity and applicable transaction limits. Published time ranges are estimates rather than guarantees. E-wallet requests may be faster than FPX or bank transfers, but processing can be delayed by incomplete KYC, banking maintenance, network congestion or enhanced compliance review.

Where reasonably possible, withdrawals will be returned through the original payment route. kissapk may correct an obvious balance error, reverse a duplicate credit or recover funds credited by mistake. You must report any incorrect credit and must not knowingly spend it.

5. Sports betting and casino game rules

A wager becomes valid only when accepted by kissapk and recorded in the account history. A displayed bet slip, pending request or interrupted submission does not prove acceptance. Players must review selections, odds, stake and potential return before confirming a wager. Accepted bets generally cannot be cancelled merely because the player changed their mind.

Sports markets are settled according to the official result and the market rules displayed when the bet is placed. Asian Handicap, Over-Under, Mix Parlay, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC markets may have product-specific settlement conditions. Obvious pricing, participant or market errors may be voided or settled at the correct price where permitted by the applicable rules.

Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant live procedure or certified random-number system. Disconnection does not automatically void a completed game round. If a technical record confirms that a round concluded, the recorded result stands. An incomplete round may be cancelled and the affected stake returned after technical review.

kissapk may impose stake, payout or market limits based on the product, event, payment history, regulatory review or risk controls. Limits can differ between players and may change without affecting wagers already validly accepted.

6. Promotions, bonuses and loyalty rewards

Promotions are optional and subject to their specific rules. Before claiming, you should review the eligible deposit, minimum odds, wagering requirement, game contribution, maximum bonus bet, expiry period and maximum cash-out. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15x bonus-only rollover requires MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Slots may contribute differently from live dealer or table games. A promotion may exclude certain low-risk wagers, opposite-side betting, hedging or games with unusually high return percentages. Placing a wager above the stated maximum while Bonus Funds are active may lead to removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, address, device, payment method and shared network. Loyalty points and tier benefits have no cash value until validly converted under the relevant programme rules. kissapk may withhold or cancel promotional benefits where there is reasonable evidence of duplication, coordinated play or abuse.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must use kissapk honestly, personally and for recreational purposes. Prohibited conduct includes:

• using false documents, another person's identity, payment account or source of funds;
• colluding with another player, operating multiple accounts or coordinating bets to manipulate a promotion;
• using bots, scripts, automated scraping, prohibited software or technical methods to interfere with the Services;
• exploiting an obvious error, delayed feed, game fault, price discrepancy or confidential information;
• initiating an unjustified chargeback after receiving betting or casino services;
• using kissapk to launder money, transfer funds between unrelated parties or support unlawful activity; and
• threatening staff, submitting harmful material or attempting unauthorised access to systems or accounts.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, kissapk may pause transactions, investigate records, request documents and preserve relevant information. Confirmed violations may result in voided wagers, forfeiture of improperly obtained benefits, account closure and any reporting required by applicable obligations.

8. Responsible gambling and player protection

Gambling must be treated as paid entertainment, not as employment, investment or a way to recover debt. kissapk is restricted to players aged 21 and above. You are responsible for monitoring the time and money you spend and for avoiding play when affected by stress, alcohol or financial pressure.

Account tools may include deposit limits, spending controls, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A request for self-exclusion will be applied in accordance with the selected period and may not be reversible before expiry. Players should not attempt to bypass a restriction by opening another account.

9. Suspension, closure and inactive accounts

You may request account closure through on-site support after pending wagers and payment reviews are resolved. Closing an account does not cancel liabilities, investigations or validly accepted wagers. A self-exclusion request must be identified as such so that the appropriate protective restriction is applied.

kissapk may restrict or close an account for breach of these terms, verification failure, security risk, legal necessity, suspected harm, payment dispute or prolonged inactivity. Where lawful and appropriate, legitimate remaining Real Funds will be returned after deductions for settled wagers, reversed payments, authorised charges or funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

10. Service availability and limitation of liability

kissapk aims to provide reliable access but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failure, mobile network conditions, supplier outages, banking downtime and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Players are responsible for suitable devices, connectivity and data charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kissapk is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses, including missed betting opportunities or expected winnings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or deliberate misconduct.

Decisions should never be based on the assumption of guaranteed profit. Odds, RTP figures and previous results do not ensure future outcomes. Casino games have a house edge, and sports wagers can lose.

11. Privacy, records and verification

kissapk processes personal information for account administration, identity verification, payment handling, fraud prevention, security, customer support and compliance. Details about collection, retention and user rights appear in the Privacy Policy.

You authorise kissapk to review account, device, transaction and betting records where reasonably required to protect the platform and its players. Calls or support conversations may be recorded for quality, dispute resolution and security purposes. Personal data will not be sold as a marketing commodity.

12. Complaints, changes and contact

If you have a complaint, contact on-site support promptly and provide your account reference, relevant transaction or wager identification, date, amount and a clear description. These terms may be updated to reflect product, security, payment, operational or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Provisions that are invalid or unenforceable will be limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
